Women for Women International (WfWI) is a global NGO that works to empower women in a multitude of conflict-affected settings. WfWI provides programming for women and girls affected by war and conflict, with the social and economic skills to transform their lives and build their resilience. WfWI’s flagship program Strong Women, Stronger Nations brings women together to learn to save, build businesses, understand their rights, improve their health, and challenge societal norms. WfWI is currently operating programming in eight countries around the world, including the three where Putting Survivors at the Center is taking place: the DRC, Iraq, and South Sudan. 

Agency for Research and Development Initiative (ARDI) is a non-governmental South Sudanese National organization committed to fostering innovation, advancing sustainable development through research-based programming, and addressing pressing humanitarian challenges. As a national organization, ARDI serves as a catalyst for knowledge creation, and community empowerment through collaborative partnerships, capacity building, and advocacy. ARDI’s areas of focus include nutrition, agriculture, water, sanitation and hygiene, and health

RIO (DRC local partner): The Réseau d'Innovation Organisationnelle was created in 2003 as a technical service of the Provincial Presidency of the Church of Christ in Congo (ECC-South Kivu) and became a non-profit association in September 2017 called RIO Asbl. Its vision is for a stable, peaceful, and just Great Lakes Region. Its mission is to become a reference center for the promotion of peace that supports grassroots communities in the process of restoring a stable, peaceful, and just society. RIO's areas of intervention are: 1) peace education: (school, religious denominations, civil society organizations, women's and youth organizations, etc.); 2) conflict transformation and peacebuilding (identity conflicts, ethnic conflict, armed conflict, etc.); 3) organizational development (support for local initiatives, etc.); 4) good governance (natural resources, civic and electoral education, decentralization, etc.); and 5) development (promotion of gender and inclusion of young people, management of GBV case disclosure, functional literacy, etc.).
